Sounding Cityプロジェクトは、東京都の5Gのインフラを活かし、西新宿の街に音・音楽によるもう1つのレイヤー、音のAR、仮想（サイバー）音空間を重ね合わせる新しい試み。「Sounding City」は、仮想音空間と現実（フィジカル）都市空間をつなぐ仕組みとして想定され、4カ年計画で、仮想音空間をハブとして人とモノ、人とコト、人と人、コトとコト、人と街をつなぎ、街に多様性と活気をもたらすサービスやイベント、それらを支える仮想音空間の基盤の構築を目指しました。 東京藝術大学発ベンチャー「coton」を代表団体として、「西新宿先端サービス実装・産官学コンソーシアム」へ参画。初年度の取り組みとしては、「音×身体×景色」が織りなす散策『Sound Garden』、 「いま」「ここ」に呼応する音の生態系『soundtope』、 ビル群が奏でる音の森『Sounding Building』、 みんなで描く音の人文字『Ku-kan Instrument』の全4施策を実施し、西新宿への先端技術サービスを実装化を推進しました。 addictは、キービジュアル・ロゴ開発、コピー開発、WEB制作、パブリシティ、プロモーション、体験設計のアドバイザリー、サービス化に向けたサポートを担当しました。プロジェクトサイト：
